On the way into work on the morning of Thursday, June 21, 2007, Frank ran across the grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting for the “Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Odditorium” attraction on 42nd Street in NYC. He turned on his portable recorder and captured this ambient audio of the event.
